Kasabian are a rock band from Blaby, England, formed by Tom Meighan (lead singer), Sergio Pizzorno (guitar & vocals), Chris Edwards (bass) and Chris Karloff (guitar & keyboards), who met while attending High School and College. The band takes its name from Linda Kasabian who was a member of the mass murdering Charles Manson cult.

The band take influence from great rock acts through the years like Primal Scream, Stone Roses & Oasis who helped Kasabian gain mass popularity by making them support act for 2005 Oasis "Don't believe the truth tour"

So far the band have release two highly impressive original Albums with 2004's "Kasabian" introducing their sound to the public and
making songs like "LSF" & "Club Foot" summer festival favorites.

Their new album "Empire" continued with the thumping bass sound filled electro rock sound which once again worked brilliantly on their
extensive tour schedule and at all the major festivals.
